Lailatur Raghayb; Blessed night and deeds of this night.
If anyone thinks that he is bid'ah, he will not be a sinner. Because this worship is not compulsory. However, the denial of the hadith will be a sinner. If you do not believe in the Hadith, you will not be sinful because this deed is not obligatory or wajib. Even if it is bid'ah, it is a good bid'ah. Or 'Bid'at Hasanah' so it is nothing but the reward of deeds. Those who steal faith and deeds will mislead people in any good deed. This is the principle of their religion.
The first Thursday night of the holy month of Rajab is called Lailatur Raghaib. It has been said that on this night the angels descend on the earth and convey the good intentions of the servants to the court of Allah, the Almighty.
There are some special deeds of this night whose virtue is very high.
On Thursday night, 12 rak'ahs should be performed between Maghrib and Isha prayers. In each rak'ah, after Surah Hamd, recite Surah Qadr 3 times and Surah Ikhlas 12 times.
At the end of 12 rak'ah prayers, recite this zikr 70 times:
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَی مُحَمَّدٍ النَّبِیِّ الْأُمِّیِّ وَ عَلَی آلِهِ
(Allahumma Salli Ala Muhammadin Nabiyil Ummi Wa Ala Alihi)
Then go to Sajdah and recite this zikr 70 times:
سُبُّوحٌ قُدُّوسٌ رَبُّ الْمَلائِکةِ وَ الرُّوحِ
(Subbuhun Quddusun Rabbul Malaikati War-Ruh)
After getting up from prostration, recite this zikr 70 times:
رَبِّ اغْفِرْ وَ ارْحَمْ وَ تَجَاوَزْ عَمَّا تَعْلَمُ إِنَّک أَنْتَ الْعَلِی الْأَعْظَم
("Rabbigfirli Warham wa Tazawaz Amma Talam Innaka Antal Azizul Azeem")
Repeat Sajdah and repeat this zikr 70 times:
سُبُّوحٌ قُدُّوسٌ رَبُّ الْمَلائِکةِ وَ الرُّوحِ
(Subbuhun Quddusun Rabbul Malaikati War-Ruh)
After that, you have to pray for your heart's hope.
On this night, Allah Almighty accepts the good wishes and prayers of His servant.
Regarding the virtue of this prayer, it has been said that if a person performs this prayer, then his sins are forgiven if the amount of his sins is as heavy as the mountains, as heavy as the sand of the desert, and as wide as the bottom of the sea. He is even included in the recommender.
(This hadith narrated by Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) was rejected by many scholars and rejected as fake and fabricated, but Imam Ghazali (may Allaah have mercy on him) also mentioned the night in Maktubat and said to fast on Thursday)
